• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or arrived with manufacturing defects.
